After interviewing over 100 leaders about their career there was one core element for success that came up time and time again - FRIENDSHIP.
That's why this event is entirely designed around the idea that "A new friend will give you 10X the value that any keynote speech ever will.
It's the most powerful asset you can have to push your career forward yet is often seen as a nice to have, rather than a must have.
Hard times will always come but, if you have a strong peer level friendship circle, those hard times won't be anywhere near as hard.

What We Do
When designing this event I had heard far too many times of attendees being promised a networking event but having to sit through a panel discussion or product pitch first.
So I built The Hearth around the motto "Friends help each other" and, if it didn't connect to the motto, it didn't go into the event.
